Here's what we do to academically navigate around extra-curricular commitments - we take our intended week ahead suggestions and do some serious pruning and condensing, as we don't do after tea "homework" - bible and literature stays, always, then, for Jay, we endeavour to fit in English, Math, and Business Studies if there is time.
I've switched Jay's novel (reader) to audio format so that he has something hands free to do while he's out-and-about and sitting around waiting; and, his reading time will be with a title he is wanting to complete.

We've been having school interrupted by life on and off at our house, too.
Hiya Allie!
I can only imagine the interruptions that dance ( & etc ;-) ) must generate in your home.
