Our Week Ahead ~ Monday 03 August 2015

It's August, which means that.....
1: Most of my Northern Hemisphere homeschooling friends are in start up mentality for their new learning year, if they haven't started already.  Thinking of you all!!  and...
2: We in the Southern Hemisphere have only 4 weeks left until spring is officially here.
Our cobbler, Dandelion, senses spring is nearly here and is already working on covering the hens; we are really hoping we'll have viable turkey eggs to hatch soon

Since I'm on our zoology science experiments topic - we've finally managed to purchase two lowline angus heifers, as part of a cattle breeding experiment we've been wanting to start.
I'll post pictures once we get them home, and settled in with the rest of our herd.

·        lol! OMG! ~ Ivester (content issues, editing out needed!) This is one of those books that I often suggest that, at least, parents read for themselves.  It's a very gritty, secular, title detailing real life 'physical relationships'  - between the various sexes - of College Campus students which had been onshared via social media as titillating gossip.  Reputations, and lives, were destroyed.  I find this a good book to use for discussion, and preparation with mature teens.
