Nadene from Practical Pages has very kindly gifted us with 'One Lovely Blog Award'.
Totally unexpected ~ Thanks Nadene.
Nadene's site is one I love to meander my way through - it's FULL of lovely extras & thoughts, this post about recycled toys for a birthday party is a great idea .. for those that know us in real life, be prepared (smile)
Here are the rules for the awards presentation:
1. Post a thank you from the person who awarded you and include their blog link.
2. Pay it forward to several other bloggers.
3. Comment the blog owners and award them.
A lovely blog, to me, can be many things but one of the main ingredients is that it has appealing reading, gifting me with thoughts and ideas to ponder on. Lovely!
There are many blogs that I could list but I'll just stick with these few, listed in no particular preference.
This blog from Japan is one I enjoy reading through google reader http://yokosukahomeschooling.blogspot.com/ .
It always interests me to see how homeschoolers in ‘other’ countries are doing things.
Just because we fudge on science doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate others that can & do do science and I admire what Paige from elemental science does – her science is amazing and her blog details more than just science {edited as she was just way too busy to respond ☺}.
Christie from Just Us writes blog posts about their life in general which also includes their homeschool journey. That makes for interesting and thought filled reading, you can find one such post here
I've just found Shona's wordpress site and will be visiting more - I like what she's started there . Her posts make for easy reading, this one is about avoiding the computer .... in the morning. An action most of us can relate to :-)
To all the writers of the blogs we visit and read - your inspiration is necessary and so refreshing. Thanks!

Thank you Chelle! I've been a bit wow-ed by surprise that my faltering start has made any impression (hence my slowness to respond), but I so appreciate your kindness.
Blessings,
Shona
