Such a 'Five in A Row' idea - attach the disk each day you read the book - and we learnt to identify so many new countries this way.
We created very basic notebooking pages to go with each book we read. The disc was a science tie-in craft to go with "Ping" and our Lapbook
For this 'Ping' lapbook we used a Hands of A Child's ready made e.kit and while it was easy to use I think we enjoy making our own more. I'll put some pictures up in another post, another time.
